SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

1. Delivery Time

When processing your order, we consider the following factors to calculate the Estimated Delivery Date:

    After your payment is authorized and verified, we will begin processing your order. This process typically takes 5-9 business days, so we appreciate your patience.
  • Transit Time:
    The transit duration varies depending on your location. We prioritize selecting stock closest to your area to expedite shipping and ensure prompt delivery of your order.
    Once shipped, you'll receive a shipment notification email and message containing the tracking number.

2. Shipping Services

Shipping Methods:
We provide various shipping options to meet your needs, including standard and expedited shipping. Please note that we deliver to the United States only and accept orders with shipping addresses within the United States. Shipping rates are determined by location and order quantity, with options and rates available at checkout. Throughout the year, different free shipping promotions are offered. Check out the latest deals to save on shipping costs. Free shipping deals apply to standard shipping only.

  • Standard Shipping:
    This option is available for most delivery locations. Shipping rates can be calculated during checkout.
  • Expedited Shipping (also known as Express Shipping):
    Available for customers in most United States locations. Please be aware that expedited shipping may not be available for all areas in the United States and may not qualify for free shipping.

3. Return from Undeliverable Shipment

When we receive a returned shipment, an email notification will be sent to you. If you address is incorrect or the shipment is unclaimed, please confirm with us the correct address, our customer service will arrange reshipment for you. Please note the reshipment cost will be charged.

Wrong Address - If you or your end customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our warehouse and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to you.
